A huge thank you to everyone that made the traveling fashion shows such a great success. From the
student audiences, the supportive administration at each school, the hard work by our models, and the support of local businesses
and media it was a wonderful experience! A special thank you goes out to the hard working models, Katherine Owens, Jennifer
Sheppard, Twyla Williams, our friends from Eagle Eye Outfitters, and our bus driver for the "roll up your sleeves"
stop-by-stop hard work that went on for two grueling days. The Dress Code Diva will forever be in your debt!
A special thank you goes out to our friends at Chick-Fil-A who graciously fed the model crew on Thursday's Traveling
Fashion Show day. As always their sandwiches hit the spot with chicken perfection! We'd also like to say thank
you to CiCi's Pizza for providing us with discounted fare on Friday and to the Dothan Education Foundation for picking
up our tab that day. DCS is blessed to have business friends that help us along our way to making a better Dothan!
The Traveling Fashion Show started off at Honeysuckle Middle School and toured 15 schools in two days! It was
a whirlwind of nerves for the models, fun for the audiences, a reading and speaking feat Ms. Wall as one of the MC's,
a "heave-ho" workout for Kyle, a maniac driving challenge for our bus driver, and sore feet for the adult chaperones!
But the warm welcomes we got from the schools, the smiles from the audiences, and the excitement that is now being felt about
the dress code change in Dothan City Schools made the two days wonderful! You're invited to relive some of the moments
